O’Neill Healthcare Bay Village, formerly known as Bradley Road Nursing Home, is the first facility built from the ground up by O’Neill Healthcare founders John and Alva O’Neill. Starting as a 25-bed nursing home 60 years ago, the facility has since grown to provide over 200 beds serving diverse levels of care. We’re honored to rank in the top 10% of all nursing homes in the State of Ohio for resident satisfaction.
Located in Bay Village, a quiet lakeside community, the facility is 10 minutes from I-90 and Detroit Road, Crocker Park Shopping Complex, Avon Commons, medical and dental offices, public transportation, hotels, dining, Huntington Beach of the Cleveland Metroparks and more.

Our residents had the absolute best time today hosting our very own dog parade. From sparkly purple tutus to sweet gingham dresses, our four-legged visitors strutted their stuff down the halls and stopped for plenty of belly rubs, cuddles, and treats.

Last week, we welcomed Eldercare Professionals of Ohio for a morning of education, collaboration and connection.
EPO President Kelsey Loushin, President helped lead the morning and introduced Jen Harkness, Director of Network Services, for an informative presentation on Stronger After a Stroke: Prevention, Recovery & Healthy Aging. Jen shared valuable insight on stroke prevention, recovery and healthy aging.
And we can’t forget breakfast! A special shoutout to our Chef, Sergio for starting the morning with a made-to-order omelet bar for our guests.
