O’Neill Healthcare Bay Village, formerly known as Bradley Road Nursing Home, is the first facility built from the ground up by O’Neill Healthcare founders John and Alva O’Neill. Starting as a 25-bed nursing home 60 years ago, the facility has since grown to provide over 200 beds serving diverse levels of care. We’re honored to rank in the top 10% of all nursing homes in the State of Ohio for resident satisfaction.
Located in Bay Village, a quiet lakeside community, the facility is 10 minutes from I-90 and Detroit Road, Crocker Park Shopping Complex, Avon Commons, medical and dental offices, public transportation, hotels, dining, Huntington Beach of the Cleveland Metroparks and more.

As we finished Shining Through the Decades, we traded neon for cowboy hats and had an absolute blast:
The Tunes: DJ Carl brought the house down spinning favorite western and country classics! 🎸🎧
The Chuckwagon Lunch: Melt-in-your-mouth pulled pork and pulled chicken. 🍖
The Trail Snacks: Sweet-and-savory trail mix for AL and walking tacos for our nursing home family! 🌮🥜
From the 1920s all the way to the frontier, this week proved that our community shines in every single era. Thank you to everyone who made this week unforgettable! ✨👢

It’s Environmental Services Week, and we’ve spent the past few days celebrating the absolute best housekeeping and maintenance team around!
From keeping our community spotless and safe to handling every repair with a smile, our EVS team works tirelessly behind the scenes every single day. To show our appreciation, we made sure they were well-fueled all week long:
Monday: Panera Bread bagels and cream cheese to kick off the week
Tuesday: Fresh taco bar prepared by our wonderful Dietary team
Wednesday: New O’Neill shirts and a midday fuel snack bar
Thursday: Build-your-own ice cream sundae bar
Friday: A grand finale catered lunch featuring crispy fried chicken, warm baked ziti, and fresh garden salad

We twisted, shouted, and danced our way into Day 3 of Assisted Living Week! 🎸💃
Our journey of Shining Through the Decades brought us straight to the fabulous 1960s for an all-out Sock Hop! The energy was through the roof as we kept the good vibes and classic tunes rolling all day long.
A huge thank you to John for rocking our morning with fantastic sock hop hits, and to Tony for keeping the dance floor alive and singing with us all afternoon! 🎶
Between sets, everyone fueled up with an incredible backyard-style feast:
Fresh-off-the-grill BBQ chicken, tender ribs, Italian sausage, and hot dogs 🍗🌭
Classic homestyle potato salad and pasta salad 🥗

As we keep Shining Through the Decades, today’s stop was the theater for an afternoon showing of It’s a Wonderful Life.
We brought the true concession-stand experience right to our community:

🎬Refreshing ice-cold sodas 🥤

Our theme this year is Shining Through the Decades, and we jumped right into the 1920s with full casino flair:
