O’Neill Healthcare Bay Village, a VA contract provider, proudly serves those who have served our country.
O’Neill Healthcare Bay Village, formerly known as Bradley Road Nursing Home, is the first facility built from the ground up by O’Neill Healthcare founders John and Alva O’Neill. Starting as a 25-bed nursing home 60 years ago, the facility has since grown to provide over 200 beds serving diverse levels of care. We’re honored to rank in the top 10% of all nursing homes in the State of Ohio for resident satisfaction.
Located in Bay Village, a quiet lakeside community, the facility is 10 minutes from I-90 and Detroit Road, Crocker Park Shopping Complex, Avon Commons, medical and dental offices, public transportation, hotels, dining, Huntington Beach of the Cleveland Metroparks and more.

Hold your horses... the mini ponies have arrived! 🐴❤️
Last Week was filled with pure magic as some miniature ponies paid us a visit. Seeing the sheer joy on everyone's faces as they met these sweet creatures was absolutely priceless. They have officially stolen our hearts and are the main topic of conversation in the building still today!

What an exciting month it has been! We kicked off the fun on June 5th by celebrating National Donut Day with a delicious homemade doughnut social that brought plenty of smiles and sweet treats to our residents.
On June 12th, we welcomed some very special visitors—mini ponies! Their visit brought joy, laughter, and lots of memorable moments for everyone.
From June 15th through June 19th, we proudly celebrated STNA/PCA Appreciation Week, recognizing the dedication, compassion, and hard work of our amazing STNAs & PCAs who make a difference in the lives of our residents every day.
We wrapped up the week with a wonderful Father's Day Cookout, gathering together to honor the fathers and father figures in our community with great food, fellowship, and fun.
Thank you to everyone who helped make this month so special. June has been filled with laughter, connection, and unforgettable memories, and we can't wait to see what next month brings!
