O’Neill Healthcare Bay Village, formerly known as Bradley Road Nursing Home, is the first facility built from the ground up by O’Neill Healthcare founders John and Alva O’Neill. Starting as a 25-bed nursing home 60 years ago, the facility has since grown to provide over 200 beds serving diverse levels of care. We’re honored to rank in the top 10% of all nursing homes in the State of Ohio for resident satisfaction.
Located in Bay Village, a quiet lakeside community, the facility is 10 minutes from I-90 and Detroit Road, Crocker Park Shopping Complex, Avon Commons, medical and dental offices, public transportation, hotels, dining, Huntington Beach of the Cleveland Metroparks and more.

Today, our community gathered together for our Fall Memorial Service to honor and celebrate the cherished lives of the residents and friends we have lost over the past six months. Joined by families, staff, and fellow residents, we shared memories, quiet reflection, and heartfelt gratitude for the moments and warmth each person brought into our home.
While our halls feel their absence, their spirit, laughter, and legacy remain woven into our daily lives. Those who leave us are truly never far—they walk beside us every day, held always in our hearts and enduring memories.

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hosting an informative lhealth presentation in the lobby at O’Neill Healthcare Bay Village!
Dr. Basem Haddad shared valuable insights on maintaining healthy lungs and steps we can take to help prevent respiratory illnesses during the colder winter months.
We also welcomed Val from O2 Safe Solutions, who provided helpful information on respiratory equipment and how it can support better lung health.
