Our first Summer Porch Concert of the season was a huge success last night! Even with the heat, the storms held off and gave us the perfect evening to gather together. Residents, families, friends, and community members filled the porch with laughter, music, and summertime energy. The RCD Band kept everyone smiling with a great mix of songs from the 50s all the way to today’s country hits. We served up grilled hot dogs, chips, and cold drinks, and the Kona Ice truck brought the sweetest snow cones to help keep everyone cool. A heartfelt thank you to those who generously donated raffle baskets— Dr. Namrata Kumar, O’Neill Hospice and Central HME, your kindness helped make the night even more special. We had such an awesome turnout for our Assisted Living and Pathways Get Ready for Summer Family BBQ. Our amazing dietary team served a delicious BBQ chicken dinner with all the fixins.
