I am happy here. It’s so quiet at night and I sleep good. I love going to the activities and I have made many friends here. Everyone is so friendly. I love it here, this is my home.

I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for the amazing care you provided my dad, over the last few weeks of his life. Every single person we encountered was so kind, caring, patient, and helpful. I had no idea that our overall experience would have been so positive, and it was hands down the best place I could have chosen for my dad.

I could tell in the short time he was there how much the staff really cared about my dad and wanted to make him as comfortable as possible. Every time I was there to see my dad, staff would come in to check on him and provide me with updates. I truly appreciated everyone keeping me informed every step of the way. The care and compassion that we received will never be forgotten.

You have an amazing team both with the skilled nursing staff and hospice staff. Patients, residents and families are very lucky to have you caring for their loved ones.

Words of advice: If you are sick and need a place to go, come to O’Neill Healthcare and it will become your second home.

I would like to take a minute to thank the caregivers at O’Neill Healthcare Fairview Park. My father recently passed away after a long illness following a stroke. In the roughly seven years that my dad was there, he received excellent care, attention and love from the entire staff. From activities to nursing to the amazing aides, I am convinced that he could not have been at a better place to take care of him. Being in the healthcare industry, because of this weird state of the world with staffing and the fact that no one wants or apparently needs to work, I can say that it is incredibly challenging for day to day functions to take place let alone excel at their job like the staff at O’Neill did for dad.  It was truly amazing. Many treated dad like family.
