O’Neill Healthcare Lakewood is regularly recognized as one of the finest healthcare centers in Northeastern Ohio, ranking in the top 10 percent of all nursing homes in the State of Ohio for resident satisfaction.
As our most diverse campus, we offer multiple levels of care from independent living apartments to full-time nursing care, and all levels in between. Services include a rehabilitative therapy gym, hospice services, and on-site dialysis.
Formerly serving the community as Lakewood Senior Health Campus, O’Neill Healthcare acquired this facility in 2006, making it our fourth location on Greater Cleveland’s west side. Conveniently located on the corner of Bunts and Detroit avenues, the facility is nestled in the heart of beautiful Lakewood, close to shopping, public transportation, public parks overlooking Lake Erie, medical and dental facilities, churches, dining, hotels and more.

- 60 independent living suites that offer the personal privacy of an apartment with medical supervision close by
- 54 assisted living suites, including those paid for by the Medicaid Assisted Living Waiver, available to residents who need help with activities of daily living
- 114 skilled nursing beds for both long-term care or short-term rehabilitative stays
- Two therapy gyms with complete orthopedic rehabilitation services, including physician consultation, evaluation, and post-surgical follow-ups

🎃👻 A Spooktacular Trick-or-Treat Night! 🍬🧡
Tuesday night was a BOO-tiful success! Our Trick-or-Treat event was filled with festive fun, including pumpkin decorating, a coloring contest, and a candy guessing jar! 🎨🎃🍭
A HUGE thank-you to O'Neill Healthcare Hospice for joining us with a wonderful table and sponsoring delicious apple cider, mini churros, and cookies! 🍎☕🍪
