O’Neill Healthcare Lakewood is regularly recognized as one of the finest healthcare centers in Northeastern Ohio, ranking in the top 10 percent of all nursing homes in the State of Ohio for resident satisfaction.
As our most diverse campus, we offer multiple levels of care from independent living apartments to full-time nursing care, and all levels in between. Services include a rehabilitative therapy gym, hospice services, and on-site dialysis.
Formerly serving the community as Lakewood Senior Health Campus, O’Neill Healthcare acquired this facility in 2006, making it our fourth location on Greater Cleveland’s west side. Conveniently located on the corner of Bunts and Detroit avenues, the facility is nestled in the heart of beautiful Lakewood, close to shopping, public transportation, public parks overlooking Lake Erie, medical and dental facilities, churches, dining, hotels and more.

We wrapped up our Willy Wonka Nursing Home Week with one sweet final day! 🍭✨
Our residents had a blast playing Grandma Georgina’s Golden Pants, salsa dancing with Kim, and visiting Wonka’s Inventing Room where they crafted colorful creations and masterpieces. 🎨💃🍬
To top it all off, our amazing staff enjoyed a special employee luncheon as a thank you for all they do each and every day. 💜

🍭✨ It was a pure imagination kind of day during our Willy Wonka Themed Nursing Home Week celebration!
Residents enjoyed a sweet afternoon of Willy Wonka Candy Bingo, with an Oompa Loompa calling the game and exciting Golden Ticket winners popping up throughout the game! 🍫🎟️
The fun continued with our “Scratch N’ Sniff Smell-O-Vision” activity where residents put their noses to the test guessing all sorts of fun and familiar scents! 👃🍬
