In February, the O’Neill Healthcare family grew! We’re excited to welcome O’Neill Healthcare Middleburg Heights to our family of homes. Formally known as Century Oak Middleburg Heights, the newly renovated facility has 82 beds, an extensive therapy gym, and spacious private skilled rooms. We look forward to becoming a part of the community and bringing quality care to the area.
O’Neill Healthcare is proud to offer various care options such as skilled nursing, rehabilitation therapy, long-term care, and short-term respite care, all within the Middleburg Heights Campus. In addition, O’Neill Healthcare Hospice offers compassionate supplemental care with an on-staff Chaplain.
While developing a residents’ care plan, we involve the resident, family, variety of specialists, dieticians, physical therapists, medical directors, and social workers to ensure we build a thorough and comprehensive approach to care. With this continued collaboration, our staff is confident and best equipped to help residents accomplish their goals. In addition, our nursing staff, physical therapists, dieticians, activities staff, and housekeeping staff all work as a cohesive unit within O’Neill Healthcare, allowing better communication and collaboration, so we continue to offer high-quality care for our residents.
Thanks to our community of five, now six, locations, we benefit from a collaborative approach to care, sharing methods and information that better suits us to care for patients. We listen to the community and strive to meet their needs. We are readily adapting to change, which allows us to implement state-of-the-art services while maintaining our commitment to care excellence.
