Both communities feature layouts created specifically for individuals living with cognitive impairments. The design is calm and intuitive, helping residents move through their day with comfort and confidence. Familiar gathering areas, gentle lighting, and clear, consistent visual cues support orientation and reduce anxiety. These spaces are meant to feel welcoming and reassuring — a place where residents can settle into a steady, comforting routine.
Dedicated Teams and Thoughtful Training
The heart of our Memory Support spaces is our dedicated team. Each staff member receives specialized training in neurocognitive care and dementia-sensitive communication, equipping them to respond with patience, understanding, and skill. In partnership with Dementia Friendly Life, all of our staff—especially those working daily in our memory care spaces—receive expert-led education and ongoing training. This collaboration ensures our team is prepared to provide compassionate, informed care that truly supports individuals living with dementia. Their approach is rooted in building trust and honoring each resident’s personal history.
