As our most diverse campus, we offer multiple levels of care from independent living apartments to full-time nursing care, and all levels in between. Services include a rehabilitative therapy gym, hospice services, and on-site dialysis.
Formerly serving the community as Lakewood Senior Health Campus, O’Neill Healthcare acquired this facility in 2006, making it our fourth location on Greater Cleveland’s west side. Conveniently located on the corner of Bunts and Detroit avenues, the facility is nestled in the heart of beautiful Lakewood, close to shopping, public transportation, public parks overlooking Lake Erie, medical and dental facilities, churches, dining, hotels and more.

Our Trick-or-Treat event was a boo-tiful success!
We loved welcoming kids from the community for an evening of fun— from trick-or-treating with our residents to enjoying music, cidar and donuts, crafting, and our speed sketch character artist capturing smiles and costumes!!!
