As our most diverse campus, we offer multiple levels of care from independent living apartments to full-time nursing care, and all levels in between. Services include a rehabilitative therapy gym, hospice services, and on-site dialysis.
Formerly serving the community as Lakewood Senior Health Campus, O’Neill Healthcare acquired this facility in 2006, making it our fourth location on Greater Cleveland’s west side. Conveniently located on the corner of Bunts and Detroit avenues, the facility is nestled in the heart of beautiful Lakewood, close to shopping, public transportation, public parks overlooking Lake Erie, medical and dental facilities, churches, dining, hotels and more.

We are halfway done with our Wizard of Oz themed nursing home week. Our staff and residents have been busy enjoying tons of fun such as yellow brick road trail mix bar, rainbow smoothies, Wizard of Oz jewelry making, Oz scavenger hunt, and salsa dancing!
