O’Neill Healthcare Lakewood, a VA contract provider, proudly serves those who have served our country.
O’Neill Healthcare Lakewood is regularly recognized as one of the finest healthcare centers in Northeastern Ohio, ranking in the top 10 percent of all nursing homes in the State of Ohio for resident satisfaction.
As our most diverse campus, we offer multiple levels of care from independent living apartments to full-time nursing care, and all levels in between. Services include a rehabilitative therapy gym, hospice services, and on-site dialysis.
Formerly serving the community as Lakewood Senior Health Campus, O’Neill Healthcare acquired this facility in 2006, making it our fourth location on Greater Cleveland’s west side. Conveniently located on the corner of Bunts and Detroit avenues, the facility is nestled in the heart of beautiful Lakewood, close to shopping, public transportation, public parks overlooking Lake Erie, medical and dental facilities, churches, dining, hotels and more.
