🏴☠️🎃 Arrr, What a Spooktacular Day! Our Annual Trick-or-Treat Event Was a Treasure! 🍬☠️
We had a frightfully fun time celebrating with our crew, and everyone was in the Halloween spirit! From booty-ful costumes to donuts and cider, candy, music, pumpkin decorating, pictures with our mermaid, cotton candy, and the Witches’ Library, there was fun to be found around every corner! 🧜♀️🧙♀️🍩
A treasure-filled day like this wouldn’t be possible without our amazing crew! A special thank you to O'Neill Healthcare Hospice and the Center for Orthopedics for joining us and helping make this event shipshape! ⚓️

*RESIDENT SPOTLIGHT*
Kirk S.
Congratulations to Resident of the Month, Kirk S., but known to many as “Kirk E”! Kirk was born and raised in Elyria. He comes from a big family. Fun fact: his father was the mayor of Elyria! Kirk spent most of his career on the Lorain County Park Board as the Commissioner. He also sold insurance with his father. Kirk has two amazing daughters and 1 granddaughter.
Kirk spent much of his youth golfing, eating Big Macs, coaching middle/high school basketball, and hanging out with his family. He also organized yearly golf outing fundraisers for Lorain County Parks. Nowadays, his hobbies include going to all the local fairs, socializing, and attending the facility’s entertainment events. You will often find Kirk roaming the halls talking to everyone he encounters. He is a social butterfly!
